Prices can vary, these can change any moment without being notified.

All of our garments are limited edition, that is why we do not hold any order if you have not succesfully paid for it.

 

We hold the right to cancel any order that may seem suspucious or with fraudulent intentions.

When you buy in Bohio you accept that the garment you chose in the size, color and design is the correct one. You aldo accept that the delivery information is correct with the right name, address, cellphone, email, and ID number.

Refund policy

Exchanges, warranties and devolutions:

The buyers have 30 days from the date of the invoice to ask for any Exchange or warranty on the product. To change any product please be aware of the following:

Have the invoice of the purchase

The product must be in perfect shape

All the tags must be in the product

The product must not be worn or washed

The delivery costs must be paid by the customer

To apply a warranty the products should meet the following requirements:

Not exceed the 30 day time limit

Follow the wash and care instructions of the producto (found in the tag)

The product must not have damage caused by accident

Not be worn

Not be washed with chemicals or bleach that change the color of the product

Not be washed-out by the sun

Not be dried in the dryer

In case that a manufacturing defect is identified, you should contact us to pedidos@bohioplaya.com or through our customer service whatsapp 3218347438 and send photo evidence, after that you should send back the producto.

BOHIO PLAZA SAS Will go through your case and provide you an answer within 5 working days after getting the product.

Take into account that to evaluate any warranty request the invoice should be submitted.

If you want your money to be returned this could only happen if:

There is a mistake on our part with the order, delivery, etc…

When the company has the returned merchandise

The money Will be reimbursed in the next 30 working days, this Will be returned to the same method of payment that you used to make the purchase through our website.

Take into account that the financial entities could take additional time in applying the money returns to your account.

We do not make money devolutions to on sale merchandise.
